The first International Congress for Advanced Research in Education 

Approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Tunisia. The first International Congress for Advanced Research in Education “ICARE’2014” organized by University of Sfax will be held in Yessmine Hammamet, Tunisia. ICARE is dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practices in education. The theme for ICARE’2014 is also "Reshaping Learning: Transforming Education through the Fusion of Learning and Technology. The aim of ICARE is to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various educational fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research esteem and the evolution of pedagogy and quality. The topics suggested by the conference can be discussed in term of concepts, state of the art, ongoing researches and case studies, standards, implementations, running experiments and applications. Authors are invited to submit complete unpublished papers, which are not under review in any other conference or journal in the following, but not limited to, topic areas. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable, provided they fit in one of the following main topic areas:
